Nikita’s Makeup Terms & Conditions Please read carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. It is the client’s responsibility to understand and comply with all conditions, including payment deadlines. 💉 COVID-19 Safety Measures Workstations are sanitized before and after every appointment. All clients must wash/sanitize hands upon arrival and wear a mask. Nikita will wear a mask throughout all makeup sessions. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is, please do not book. If symptoms arise after booking, cancel your appointment immediately. 🧼 Preparation Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or residue. Eyebrows should be pre-groomed (waxed, threaded, or tweezed) for optimal results. 💰 Deposits & Payments Deposit: 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required at booking. Balance: Remaining balance due 24–48 hours prior to appointment. Payment Methods: Website, Zelle, or Cash only. Note: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 💄Glam Sessions All glam sessions include complimentary lashes and a Signature Touch-Up Kit to keep you fresh and flawless throughout your day. ✈️ Travel Services Available only for Brides/Bridesmaids. Must be added on at checkout for home service If travel is accommodated and the client wastes the artist’s time, a charge will apply, as payment is by the hour. Travel fee : 0-35 miles + $100.00 Travel Fee : 35-65 miles + $140.00 Travel Fee : 65-95 miles + $180.00 Travel Fee : 95-125 miles + $220.00 ⏰ Early, Late & Same-Day Appointments Last-minute / same-day / after-hours: +$50 Early morning appointments: +$100 Arrive on time. If running late, call immediately. More than 30 minutes late = appointment canceled, full service charge applies. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows Cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid full service charges. Deposits remain non-refundable/non-transferable. No-call/no-show = full service charge applies.
